This is my second time using a moving company, the first with Dumbo Moving & Storage, and we couldn't be happier. Before the move, we spent 15 minutes on the phone with Dumbo as they patiently answered our questions and helped us understand how things would work day-of. The movers were efficient, focused, and moved our belongings with care. The only additional charges we incurred day-of were due to our own original low-ball of number of boxes, and the movers explained it respectfully and the charge for them was reasonable.

These guys are true professionals, from start to finish everything was a breeze. I initially spoke with Robert who was extremely polite and hard working in getting our move scheduled in such a short time frame. Also, the rate he gave me is the exact rate I was charged.

Hated the thought of moving during covid, I didn't want movers touching my stuff. But the movers showed up in masks, and wearing gloves. So I was very happy.Booking was very easy, they have Price by truck now. And I didn't have to worry about having extra boxes. They just said as long as it fits, you are good.Use this company, it's great.

We had a move come up unexpectedly, our POD had to be emptied within one day! Dumbo stepped up and with virtually no notice, they emptied the POD and moved the stuff quickly, efficiently, and for a really good price! I'm going to use them for sure when we move into our new house!
